Standard Job Description

Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications

Familiarity with Machine Shop / Cable and Harness Assembly / Assembly and Metal Fabrication Production Processes Production Management Experience

Management experience with aviation modification and sustainment programs.

Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and oversee complex manufacturing projects and initiatives.

Business Acumen / CAM / Proposal experience with estimating and scoping of major projects, systems and processes.

Ability to collaborate across functions to effectively energize a diverse team towards a common goal.

Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization including internal program customer, government customers, factory and operations personnel and leadership, and global supply chain partners.

Strong Team Building Experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $142800.00 - $265200.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
