You will be the Proposal Analyst Stf for the Sensors & Global Sustainment Proposal Team. Our team is responsible for leading pricing activities, developing business‑case analyses, and delivering winning proposals.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Proposal Analyst Stf you will be responsible for shaping bid strategies, coordinating cost and schedule data, and presenting financial analyses to senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead pricing activities in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and estimating policy.
- Develop and mature business‑case analyses and cost methods to create comprehensive bid/price strategies.
- Coordinate collection of cost, schedule, and technical inputs from functional departments.
- Perform financial modeling, rate studies, cash‑flow analysis, NPV/IRR calculations, and present recommendations to leaders.
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior Proposal Analysts.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6+ years of professional experience; Considered an emerging authority
- Attention to detail
- Strong financial/analytical orientation
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Self-starter
- Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems
Desired Skills
- Working knowledge or LMMFC financial software
- Experience providing day-to-day support and first line guidance/training to less experienced peers
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
