You will be a Provisioning Analyst Associate - Level 1

 

What You Will Be Doing

 

In this position, as a Provisioning Analyst Associate - Level 1, you will analyzes technical data and reports to determine spares and support equipment provisioning requirements. You will review site survey results and letters of offer and acceptance and formulate specific recommendations for spare/repair parts and support equipment. You may originate support plans for offer to potential customers and provide technical assistance to existing customer personnel.

 

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Updating and maintenance of provisioning documentation in the Logistics Support database including part data configuration information
- Performing quality analysis and resolving issues as well as generating updates to the respective program's databases
- Providing inputs to engineering change releases and implementation life-cycle
- Providing the necessary support to catalog parts
- Providing support for spares identification and application to the sustainment supply item manager and technical publications office

Basic Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelors degree, or equivalent combination of logistics/supply chain management experience. Holds at least 1 year of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with collecting and compiling datasets from disparate data sources and performing technical data analysis 
  • Demonstrated experience importing and manipulating data using tools like Microsoft Excel                                                             

 

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Logistics Support Analysis requirements
  • Experience interpreting specifications and drawings                                                               
  • Familiarity with the Advanced Technical Logistics Applications System (ATLAS) and/or Systems and Logistics Integration Capabilities (SLICwave)
  • Familiarity with Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and Sustainment Inventory Management SystemsExperience problem solving and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge and experience with F-22 aircraft
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
