Are you ready to lead quality excellence on a high-visibility, cutting-edge program within Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Development Programs (ADP).  We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Analyst to support second shift assembly operations for the Vectis Family of Systems Portfolio.

 
In this influential role, you're key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development of quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements for both make and buy items.
  • Ensure the conformance to company and regulatory standards.
  • Initiate, review, and anlyze reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyze using statistical techniques.
  • Interface as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met.
  • Review completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and completeness.
  • Manage the quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability.
  • Develop and maintains governing procedures related to records control.
  • Support product acceptance and delivery per established process.
  • Perform surveillances for workmanship, process deficiencies, and validation of compliance to company’s management system and compliance. Generate and review surveillance reports and initiate effective corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Understanding of Operations command media
  • Experience in QMS (e.g., AS9100)
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to critically think and work with team members to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, identify issues, and present courses of action
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with various levels of our corporation

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $420000000.00 - $780000000.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
