Key Duties & Responsibilities
As a Quality Analyst Sr, you will be a vital part of the manufacturing team in Courtland. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate sits audits and assessments (AS9100, Customer, NASA, Internal, ect.)
• Conduct and coordinate corrective actions/CAB
• Track audit findings, ICAR’s, GCARS and status for closure
• Trend Quality metrics and support problem solving activities
• Lead the Courtland ESD/Ordnance certification program
• Collect and assemble data for end item data packages for hardware acceptance reviews and customer shipments
Basic Qualifications
| To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following requirements: -Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or other engineering degree preferred) - Ability to obtain a US Clearance - Must be a US citizen |
Desired Skills
| Experience working in an Aerospace/Defense or related Manufacturing environment - Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation - Ability to comprehend and interpret drawings, work instructions, schematics, and specifications. -Effective communication skills - Able to work independently and as a team player- Lean Manufacturing experience (Green Belt Certification) - Missile Assembly and Integration experience - Experience working within a AS9100 certified quality system - Problem solving experience - Understanding of ESD equipment, its requirements and certification process - Currently or has in the past possessed a Security Clearance |
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
