Standard Job Description
This position will be integral for managing the daily quality support for Marietta F35 HT/VT Coatings/Assembly and F35 Sustainment program operations for Marietta Quality Shared Services. Direct, plan, coach, mentor and manage all aspects, work scope and job operations, surveillances, corrective actions, and process improvements for Quality. Assist with hourly manning, and technical needs.
• The candidate will manage all aspects of the Quality customer presentations, audit preparation, optimization, metrics, SRR, and OTD performance.
• Monitor SFM, Call Board, SAP, QSS, Surveys, FAIs, planning, tooling, and workflow to ensure inspection requirements are met, and a conforming product is delivery on schedule.
• Successful candidate must possess the ability, skills, and foresight to direct, correct, and coordinate contractual data requirements within the Quality processes. Represents organization on specific projects, teams.
• Provide knowledge of Marietta’s Shop Floor Management [SFM] system, Apriso, Survey System, Material Survey System to hourly workforce.
• Review databases and inspection summary inputs for accuracy and content.
• Initiate actions when additional attention is required to resolve adverse delivery trends or training problems.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.
Supports development of quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements for both make and buy items. Ensures the conformance to company and regulatory standards. Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyzes using statistical techniques. Interfaces as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met. Supports the development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies for both make and buy items. Reviews completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and completeness. Manages the quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability. Develops and maintains governing procedures related to records control. Supports product acceptance and delivery per established process.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience/knowledge with Quality Survey, Surveillance processes.
• Knowledge/understanding of Quality concepts and requirements in a production manufacturing environment.
• Experience with the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly the use of Excel and Power Point in the preparation of graphs, charts and presentations.
• Aeronautics or Manufacturing or Sustainment and Assembly experience in a production build or operational environment.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
