You will be the Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across the product lifecycle.

**What You Will Be Doing**

As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across design, production, and supplier domains, ensuring that products meet rigorous standards and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, and designs.

- Lead product failure investigations and material review board decisions.

- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies for internal and supplier performance.

- Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Basic Qualifications

-STEM degree at Bachelor level or above.
-Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
-Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for development of Quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection and test of manufactured products.
-Experience doing root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
-Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
-Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.

Desired Skills

-Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black belt certifications.
-Familiarity with manufacturing processes and controls.
-Experience performing First Article Inspections IAW AS9102
-Experience with automated processes and robotic
technologies.
-Knowledge and/or experience working to the requirements of Industry recognized Quality Systems such as International (ISO) and Aerospace (AS) regulations.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
