Basic Qualifications
- STEM degree at the bachelors level or higher, preferably in a Technical, Industrial or Quality Assurance related field or equivalent experience/education
- Must be able obtain a Secret level security clearance
- Engineering or Quality experience developing methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection of manufactured products
- An understanding of engineering drawings requirements mechanical and electrical inspection methods
- Ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, Contracts that will enable development and review of QE Processes, and related Performance Metrics
- Demonstrated ability to use casual analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex
- Experience in dispositioning of non-conforming products
- Awareness of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management
- Ability to travel 25%-50%
Desired Skills
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CSQ) and / or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
- Thorough understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience working with Government customers
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Effective interpersonal skills including team building and collaboration
- Effective communication skills including written, oral, listening and technical writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
