Basic Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing tools and processes
- Background in quality systems, metrics, and processes in high-rate production environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and program organizations
- Experience interacting with senior leaders and external customers
- Strategic leadership and positive impact on business results
- Business acumen and technology savviness
- Prior leadership/team lead experience
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
- Prior Quality Manager experience
- Strong Quality background including Quality Engineering and Manufacturing readiness Processes
- Technical understanding of factory and business systems, tools and processes
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g. SAP, Solumina, Apriso)
- Experience with 1LMX capabilities
- Ability to synthesize results and present findings through research and analysis
- Business savvy with the ability to create strategies achieving broader enterprise objectives
- Work experience in at least one other LM Business Area's factories
- Experience working with Non-Exempt & Represented employees
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
