Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/RF Engineering or related field with 3+ years of related professional experience; or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with 1+ years of related professional experience
- Project management or leadership experience
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50+ days per year) at times to manufacturing and test facility in California is required
- Strong communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Experience with a CAD software
Desired Skills
- Experience with composite layups
- Experience with structural design and/or stress analysis
- Experience with different manufacturing methods including 3D printing
- Aircraft production support, processes, and coating experience
- Creative problem solving skills
- Experience with integrating materials, components, and/or technologies onto air vehicle platforms
- Experience with using CATIA or similar CAD software for part design, assembly, and drawing experience
- Experience with coatings, integration, application, standards, methods, and testing
- Experience with RF or LO range testing
- Experience with RF / LO materials and RF / LO material testing, measurements, and integration onto physical platforms
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $98100.00 - $182100.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
