What You Will Be Doing
As the Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for leading technical reliability initiatives, defining statistical controls, and delivering actionable improvements to product and process reliability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop, coordinate, and conduct reliability studies and design‑of‑experiments (DOE) to evaluate engineering concepts and identify failure mechanisms.
Recommend design, test methods, and statistical process‑control procedures that meet required reliability targets.
Compile and analyze performance reports and process‑control statistics, investigating variables that affect product and process reliability.
Create and manage reliability engineering programs that align with company, customer, and government reliability objectives, proposing design or formulation changes when needed.
Serve as subject‑matter expert for preventive, predictive, and condition‑based maintenance technologies, supporting facility uptime and Plant Engineering knowledge development.
