What We’re Doing
Our team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) team at Lockheed Martin, is dedicated to engineering, developing, and integrating new capabilities for the Missile Defense System that protects the United States and its allies. While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies.
The Work
In this role, you will be supporting teams from C2BMC. You will work with the Systems Engineering and Verification team to gather team and system performance data and turn it into meaningful information that supports timely decision making by program management and our customers. The successful candidate will have experience working in a technical environment, experience producing creative and easily interpreted measures, and solid people skills. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position requires working on site in a secure environment.
Specific duties include:
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI Reports, Reporting & Visualization)
• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights to guide improvement activities, including the ability to communicate findings effectively to lay audiences and business stakeholders
• Author and maintain report-layer assets in Power BI and Tableau as appropriate for report-level transformations and measures
• Connect and integrate data from multiple systems in Power BI
• Work in a Power BI Project (PBIP) & Tableau in a source-controlled environment
• Some travel may be required

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Basic Qualifications
-Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.
-Proficiency with data‑analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and basic statistical methods
-Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for data manipulation (Python, R, SQL)
-Understanding of key project metrics (KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, cost variance)
-Ability to collect, clean, and visualize data to support decision‑making
-Basic knowledge of project‑management fundamentals (MS Project, Primavera, Agile/Waterfall basics)

-Effective written and verbal communication for presenting insights to technical and non‑technical audiences

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
