As the Security Representative you will be responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and proprietary data.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and execute security policies for SAP, SCI, and DoD classified programs.
  • Conduct security education and training for personnel and contractors.
  • Manage clearance processes, visitor access, and classified meetings.
  • Investigate security incidents and produce corrective‑action reports.
  • Collaborate with government customers to obtain approvals and address security rulings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation to be considered.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work on site 100% of the work week.
  • Knowledge of implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other directives and policies.
  • The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations based on limited and/or conflicting information is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations (teaming), and analytical skills.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation (or CV date) within 5 years.

• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Experience using DISS and SIMS.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $53900.00 - $100100.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
