As a Software Engineer Sr, you will work within a Scaled Agile Scrum team comprised of business representatives and IT employees to complete software development based on functional specs. Your responsibilities will include the following: 

• Monitor Ariba, Product Sourcing and Quotation Management processes to proactively identify and reduce risk
• Triage and/or work O&M Incidents and requests
• Carrying out unit testing activities
• Extract, analyze, and interpret SAP table data to diagnose issues and assess impact
• Reviewing functional specifications to ensure specifications meet needs for technical specification creation
• Estimating assigned tasks and work assignments and participate in estimation of emerging requirements
• Identify root causes of recurring problems; design and implement corrective actions
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the Ariba product team and liaise with other product teams
• Manage multiple build projects from requirements gathering through implementation, including functional spec writing, developer collaboration, and testing
• Completing technical designs for existing and emerging requirements, as assigned
• Completing SAP software development
• Preparing documentation to support software life-cycle requirements and milestone reviews
• Ensuring software standards are met

Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Ensures software standards are met.

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required due to specific access
• 2+ years SAP experience (preferably S/4) with deep knowledge of SAP Ariba, Fiori, S/4 Configuration (emphasis on Business Partner)
• Hands‑on experience with Exostar and Supplier onboarding
• Participation in at least one SAP implementation
• Experience validating or converting data during SAP migrations
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers to write functional specifications.
• Fundamental Excel experience which includes the use of formulas, pivot tables and power queries
• Strong understanding of Product Sourcing and Quotation Management
• Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level 

Desired Skills

• Advanced program skills in SAP ABAP and experience in Fiori/SAPUI5
• Experience with software design, development, processes, testing, script development, problem solving, debugging, execution and tools, including continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies
• Experience with reviewing functional requirements
• Experience with Product Sourcing
• Experience with OData Services
• Experience with SAP workflows; flexible workflow a plus
• Experience with S/4 integration/implementations
• Experience with RAP – Restful ABAP Programming / CAP – Cloud Application Programming

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. 

  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $122600.00 - $227600.00 
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$110300.00 - $204900.00 
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$98100.00 - $182100.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): :$88300.00 - $163900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
