THE WORK
This position will provide financial leadership and support for programs within the Rotary and Tactical Training Solutions market segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and establishment of program financial management & forecasts, quarterly CSRs (Contract Status Reviews), monthly Earned Value Management, monthly invoicing, monthly Financial Planning & Analysis, the development of ETCs (Estimates to Complete), and developing inputs for and updating status against Long Range Plans in Hyperion. This role will also include support for various financial reviews such as Balance Sheet reviews and monthly program reviews. The candidate will analyze the program's financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations on performance and recommended financial positions and will be expected to successfully partner with Program Management, Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Planning team members as they act as the financial leader for their contract.
The ideal candidate would bring prior Earned Value experience and experience performing financial forecasts to this position. This position is a great learning opportunity for an experienced finance professional that is interested in career growth and broadening their knowledge base.
Specific tasks include: weekly manpower reporting; cost/schedule variance analysis and reporting; updating monthly orders/sales/EBIT/cash forecasts; providing EAC/CEAC analysis; monthly invoice generation, identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to contain program cost exposure; Work directly with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to develop and maintain contract budget baselines; Budget Change Request (BCR) analysis and incorporation into financial tools; Interface with Planning as needed in order to properly integrate cost and schedule; Participate in baseline reviews and program and customer reviews; provide contract closeout support as needed.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
