This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located in Denver, CO. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to the critical programs under the responsibility of the Space Division. This IT professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with the Corporate Information Protection Manuals (CIPM). This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, and service requests (servers, workstations, containers, networking, and storage), continuity of operations (backups and verified restore capabilities). In this position, the chosen candidate will utilize their system administration and architecture skills as IT support for several classified environments doing the following: • Workstation administration on heterogeneous networks including Windows Server based domains, and Linux distributions • Manage operating system cyber compliance, upgrades, and patching (Windows/Linux) • Perform guidance and management for hardware, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance on multiple architectures • Ensure the integrity and availability of applications as well as coordinate new application installations, upgrades, and customer support in classified areas. • Responsible for implementing effective backup/recovery, resource accounting, and auditing procedures. • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on varied IT hardware (PCs, printers, laptops, etc.). • Implements security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures. |
Performs a variety of activities in information systems design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, computer application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines.
Basic Qualifications
| • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly • U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility • Must possess Security+ certification or better • 5+ years of experience administering Linux and Windows server environments • Demonstrated experience effectively performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Experience with DISA STIGs and Security Hardening of OS and applications • Experience using and administrating Microsoft Windows and RHEL Servers • Experience using VMWare or Hyper-V tools for virtualization • Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (i.e., system hardening, log management, configuration management (i.e., Nessus, Trellix, WSUS, YUM, SCCM, Splunk, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS, etc.)) • Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Many issues are non-standard and require involved research and investigation work. • Experience with Operating Systems life cycle management and configuration management (i.e., Installation/Upgrades, System Imaging, Account Management, Print Services, integration with Domain Services, Hardware Modernization, Performance Monitoring, etc.) • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Assuming other Information Technology operational activities as assigned • Ability and willingness to accommodate occasional off-shift hours |

| • Knowledge of Linux authentication with Active Directory • Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Requirements • Advanced IT certification such as RHCSA, MSCE, or CISSP • Experience administering NetApp storage devices • Knowledge of restoration/storage services (i.e., NetApp/EMC hardware, software, tape management, disaster recovery practices) • Knowledge of Scripting and Automation (i.e., Ansible, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, etc.) • Knowledge of Contractor Off the Shelf (COTS) software installations and support • Ability to lift 30 lbs |
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
