The Stakeholder Engagement (SkE) staff member is responsible for strategically planning, coordinating, and managing stakeholder engagement initiatives across the Valley Forge, PA Lockheed Martin site and the National Security Space (NSS) organization to enhance employee experience across Valley Forge and NSS. This position will be located in Valley Forge, PA and may require some travel (minimal) to other NSS site locations. The NSS Stakeholder Engagement staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Lead Valley Forge site-wide engagement activities, working closely with local executive leadership to drive impactful events and initiatives
• Lead NSS employee engagement activities across the Valley Forge campus
• Support special projects for local NSS executives, including program-level engagements and project management
• Foster open communication and connection amongst the Valley Forge site and the NSS Stakeholder Engagement team to collaborate on initiatives and enhance local employee experience
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, promoting a cohesive and positive work culture
• Implement feedback, taking action to address employee concerns and improve the work environment
• Remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution of SkE initiatives
Basic Qualifications
• Experience in event planning and coordination
• Proficiency in using project management and communication tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance and polygraph

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
