The Operations Analysis (OA) team plays a critical role in understanding impact of future capabilities, guiding strategic decisions, and optimizing mission outcomes through rigorous and forward-thinking analysis.
The Work
We are seeking a motivated Full Spectrum Leader to join our RMS Operations Analysis (OA) leadership team. This role will serve all Lines of Business and be the primary interface between the OA team and early stage concept development and Operations Analysis efforts with Corporate and Joint Force engagement, leading the execution and briefing of studies to both internal and external customers.
You will:
• Ensure operational relevance, adherence to systems engineering/operations analysis processes, and effective project management.
• Coordinate across multiple LM RMS sites and collaborate with multi-functional OA technical leadership.
• Manage teams modeling military systems and scenarios across the analysis spectrum (engagement, mission, campaign).
• Develop innovative and insightful quantitative Measures-of-Effectiveness (MOEs) and present findings to senior leadership.
• Apply modeling and simulation techniques to address complex analysis problems and identify areas for process improvement.
• Support investment planning cycles through strong stakeholder relationships.
This position requires an active Secret Clearance and may involve travel to offsite locations.

Who You Are
- An interest in innovative applications of current and emerging capabilities into the existing OA processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Understanding of how modeling and simulation techniques are used for military systems and scenarios.
- Experience leading virtual and geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to develop and apply Measures of Effectiveness to assess mission outcomes
- Strong oral and written communication skills, presence, and composure when engaging senior leaders.
- Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and a self-motivated work ethic.
Basic Qualifications
• Strong background in Military Tactics/Doctrine
• Experience enagaging a variety of audiences in communicating technical and military priorities at all organizational levels
• Experience in Military Exercises and Experimentation
• Experience in military maintenance and/or sustainment
• Experience with Electronic Warfare use and/or development
• Experience working with early-stage military capability development activities (i.e. DARPA, OUSWR&E, etc)
• Active US DoD security clearance
• Bachelors in Engineering Discipline
Desired Skills
• Military career with joint service
• Possess solid understanding of the concepts of opposing force structure / employment as represented for training purposes in war game scenarios
• Strong technical experience with ability to work with ambiguous requirements
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
