Standard Job Description

  • Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
  • Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. 
  • Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in MRP and material planning/forecasting roles. 
  • Previous experience using SAP systems
  • Demonstrated familiarity with the principles of project management
  • Self-motivated full-spectrum individual with strong desire to demonstrate outstanding performance in all assignments
  • Development program/project leadership experience

  • Familiarity with Digital Transformation toolsets and applications
  • Excellent written, verbal and briefing/presentation communications skills

  • Experience in process modeling, architecture development and process decomposition
  • Preferred candidate would have either current or previous Rotary Prod Ops experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
