Standard Job Description

You will be the Subcontract Administration for the HPM Solutions Advanced Programs team. Our team is responsible for developing subcontract specifications, managing bid packages, and administering subcontracts to support advanced program development.

 

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administration you will be responsible for creating and managing subcontract packages, coordinating with contracts administration, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
  • Negotiate subcontract provisions and manage contract modifications.
  • Administer awarded subcontracts and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Support policy development and act as a signatory within delegated authority.

Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree from accredited College or University

 

Desired Skills

• Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field

• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)

 

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
