You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end subcontract processes, driving performance, and leading cross‑functional teams.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk COTS and build‑to‑print subcontracts.
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
- Administer awarded subcontracts, oversee change activity, and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Skills
Experience managing subcontracts
Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work Instructions
Working knowledge of standard contract types
Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment withinDefense industry
Experience with LM S/4Hana
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
