You will be the Subcontract Program Management Mgr for the Advanced Programs Program Management Subcontract Team. Our team is responsible for leading subcontract managers to deliver cost, schedule, and technical performance within the Advanced Programs portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Mgr you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives, driving strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency within the Global Supply Chain organization.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee subcontractor efforts across all contract types, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
- Direct and manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans, addressing risk and program capture needs.
- Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel to ensure successful subcontract execution and on‑time delivery.
- Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through RFP, negotiation, execution, and contract closeout.

Basic Qualifications
• Proven Subcontract / Program Management skills
• Well organized, excellent communicator and team builder
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment with numerous internal customers
• Experience with EVM
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) guidelines and Acquisition Policy
- Proficiency with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policy (LMAP)
- Risk and Opportunity Management including mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
