This role will offer you the following daily challenges:
- Managing a cross functional Subcontract Management Team (SMT) consisting of engineers, quality, finance, and supply chain personnel
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of subcontractors
- Mentoring Subcontract Managers on Program Management disciplines
- Will serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for assigned subcontractors
- Will brief Leadership at the Enterprise and Customer level on Supplier Performance

Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 10 years experience in Procurement, Subcontract Management, Engineering or Program Management
- Experience serving as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and executing Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience manging IMS (Intergrated Master Schedule)
- Experience managing complex projects
- You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Desired Skills
To be effective, ideally, you should also have:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience with ROADS (Risk and Opportunity Assessment Database for success)
- Experience Reading Engineering Drawings and Schematics
- Experience with Production and/or Manufacturing, or Integration and Test
- Experience leading teams
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
