Basic Qualifications
| Skill Requirements: • Experience with software, simulation and programming tools (ex. MATLAB/Simulink, Fortran, C++, Python etc.) • Proven experience in the design, integration, qualification, verification, or validation of GNC algorithms in project or professional experience. • Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams by leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize schedules and tasking to accomplish multiple goals in a fixed time period • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment |
Security Clearance / Work Authorization:
• To meet requirements of the program/customer, this position requires the selected employee to be a U.S. Citizen.
• Although not required to start, the selected applicant must be eligible to obtain, and maintain, a government issued Secret clearance for long term employment on this program
Desired Skills
• Knowledge/experience with GNC control theory and physical modeling related to spacecraft and/or missile systems
• Ability to coordinate integration activities across a team that performs missile GNC design and analysis tasks
• Demonstrated experience with missile simulation and tool development, maintenance and use for performance analysis. Strong understanding of modeling principles.
• Experience in weapon system and/or sensor modeling.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers.
• Experience evaluating system performance in complex scenarios and environments and verify system and subsystem level requirements
• Project leadership and/or leadership of small teams of junior engineers.
• Active Secret clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $101400.00 - $188200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
