The Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization is seeking a Financial Integrator Manager (L5) to join the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Line of Business (LOB) Integration team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team over multiple facets of IFG Financial reporting activity. The manager will oversee the Material Cost Forecating (MCF) and Control Account Manager (CAM) teams.
In this highly visible and fast-paced role, the selected candidate will act as a liaison, and project manager to ensure IFG Financial reporting support. The selected candidate will work closely with Procurement, Price Cost Analysis, Estimating, Program Management, Business Development, and other functional areas at all levels of the organization. The selected candidate will be required to utilize and develop metric tools to track and report progress on key milestones and financials. The selected candidate will also support small business reporting and will help develop standards and strategies to drive organizational results.
The CAMs manage all technical, cost, and schedule aspects of tasks associated with this control account, including risk management, capacity management, schedule negotiations, metrics generation, earned value, schedule and status reporting, and provides other related support as requested by program management. The candidate will also be aggregating & presenting key program information & milestones to internal Lockheed Martin leadership and F-16 Program Office leadership. The candidate will complete all earned value management (EVM) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete review, schedule status, variance reporting, and comprehensive estimates at complete.
The MCF team:
- Develop yearly forecasts and monitor monthly progress to material forecasts via daily interface with the procurement teams as well as Financial Planning & Analysis and Program Management.
- Daily tasks include planning, budgeting, and monitoring schedule and technical performance for each assigned financial Ground Rules across all IFG.
- Daily tasks include managing the financial performance of the entire IFG LOB.
- Develop and utilize standard metric tools to track, report, and communicate progress across multiple levels of leadership and Lockheed Martin's external customers.
- Brief executive leadership weekly on IFG’s Direct Material financial performance, along with Risk and Opportunities.
- Requires a broad understanding of all GSC elements (Proposal/Requirements Development, Procurement, Price/Cost Analysis, Earned Value Management. Fixed Priced, Cost Type and Incentive Fees Contract nuances. Understanding of Termination Liability and Expenditure Profiles. Basic Accounting Principles. Basic Financial Planning and Analysis Principles).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with experience within finance and/or Global Suppy Chain.
- Familiarity with Control Account Management (CAM) & financials.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP), (ERP), (MRP) or similar.
Desired Skills
- Experience with FAR and DFAR requirements.
- Firm understanding of how to capture, aggregate, analyze, and present data that effectively demonstrates supplier, program, and financial performance to then identifying the potential risks and opportunities, for a positive outcome.
- Experienced in Supplier Management of Contract Deliverables according to Cost, Schedule, and Performance.
- Experience analyzing problems and recommending solutions.
- Experience effectively communicating with senior leaders to include program, finance, company, subcontractors, and customers.
- Earned Value Management System (EV or EVMS) Experience
- Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification/Training
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
