You will be a Supply Operations & Logistics Strategic Project Manager - Level 4 position reporting directly to the Manager for Sustainment Supply Strategy and Integration.
What You Will Be Doing
You will serve as the Sustainment Supply Property Project Integrator across programs, establish and assist in the implementation of government property IT development for integration with Government systems, procedures and instructions, including monitoring compliance with current procedures. Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
- Leads the development internal property procedures and instructions for Sustainment Supply.
- Liaison for compliance of maintenance of Government Property Records associated with FIAR and GFP Module.
- Assists in the development of reporting capabilities for contract property information on a company-wide basis.
- Coordinates with, and notifies appropriate Government personnel of property administration related to processes and requirements related to contracts.
- Coordinates with all internal stakeholders affiliated with Government property.
- Assists with physical inventories, periodic internal audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with property procedures.
- Periodically visits Government sites, offering assistance to local personnel, and meeting with the Government Property Administrator(s). Typically, one visit annually to each site shall be scheduled to coincide with scheduled Government property reviews/Site Condition Inspections.
- Supports with follow on validation and reconciliation.
- Project manager for Sustainment Supply Property Management for requirements for IT integration/enhancements, process development/changes, assistance in training development, and test and validation.
- Coordinates property reporting with company core property team, Program Offices and Government Property Administrators
- Coordinate with Items Analysts for proper disposition instructions for DD250'd spares at retail sites/depots/3PL's.
- Support Program Work Instructions and BOEs for property related subjects and tasks for development/enhancements.
- Assist with property related site stand-up activities to ensure FIAR compliancy, attend and present for customer briefings as required.
- Coordinate with Program Offices, DCMA, IG on Sustainment Property topics when called upon.
In this role, you will identify customer's system needs and respond to requests for proposals; perform feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc.; develop appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepare and present technical product information to customers. Post-installation and implementation responsibilities include technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems.

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in property management with specific skills in government property management (ex. leading site assessments, site visits, government financial reporting, and/or coordination with Program Offices for policy and program instructions)
- Demonstrated technical project management experience with multiple deadlines and customer requirements
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Desired Skills
- Holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified or holds certification above
- Experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, Products)
- Experience with ALIS (Autonomic Logistics Information System)
- Experience with Government Online Data (Gold/GoldEsp)
- Familiar with Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements
- Familiar with Government Furnish Property (GFP) Module and Defense Property Acquisition System (DPAS) requirements
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Possesses Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) certification from a certified body directly involved or indirectly connected with property management processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
