Standard Job Description

Perform as part of a team responsible for IT Services to a group of elite forces.  These services include system hardware and operating systems operations, software and systems installation, and documenting all aspects of IT services. Adhere to established policies, procedures and guidelines set out by the government.  Be able to support the infrastructure and systems used by Special Operations Forces to produce audio and video, print and broadcast assets.  Be willing to support provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure within a DOD approved enclave.  The employee will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of Information Technology experience (Workstation and Servers)
  • Active Security Clearance
  • Working knowledge of workstations and server deployment within a DOW Network Environment
  • Effective implementing DISA STIGS, Updates and Patching of IT Platforms
  • Working knowledge of a VMware environment (ESXI, VSANS, vSphere and vCenter
  • Must have the temperament and interpersonal skills suitable to be embedded into a military organization. 
  • Ability to take general direction and follow through to task completion including solution development, planning, execution and status report. 
  • Working knowledge if Information Monitoring Tools (Solarwinds)
  • Work effectively as part of a team.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $76700.00 - $142500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
