Standard Job Description
The selected candidate will be a member of the F-22 Maintainability Team.
This position will be responsible for trending and analysis of fielded aircraft maintenance data of F-22 Systems. Applicant will recommend and implement improvements to F-22 maintenance procedures and fault isolation guidance. Working in a high‑visibility Integrated Product Team (IPT), the incumbent will partner closely with engineering, product development teams, military and F-22 System Program Office customers to resolve issues impacting fielded aircraft and ensure the F‑22 meets its cost, schedule, and performance objectives throughout its service life.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering from an accredited college, or equivalent air vehicle/avionics systems maintenance experience combined with relevant education
- This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Problem‑solving mindset – systematic approach to root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action tracking
- Ability to work effectively on cross functional teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
• F-22 or other 5th generation aircraft airvehicle systems experience
• Ability to read drawings/technical schematic
• Technical writing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel/Power BI, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau)
• JIRA
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
