Standard Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support our team of senior RTEs in facilitating collaboration and coordination across the F-35 program.
As a junior RTE, you will work under the guidance of senior RTEs to develop your skills and knowledge in release management, systems engineering, and Agile principles.
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior RTEs in facilitating collaboration and coordination across the program
• Support the development and maintenance of release plans, product backlogs, and other program artifacts
• Help identify and resolve impediments to the release build process
• Assist in facilitating PI Planning and other program meetings
• Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the program's technical and operational aspects
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience with and basic knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices
• Experience with Agile principles and practices
• Interim Secret or Higher security clearance
Desired Skills
• Familiarity with release management tools and processes
• Basic understanding of systems integration and metrics analysis
• Basic understanding of the air system and its dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter
• F-35 program experience
• Software processes, background, familiarity • Jira and Tableau tool usage
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
