Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Electrical or Software Engineering or a related STEM discipline or equivalent experience/combined education
• Knowledgeable in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools
• Experience with CNI (Communications, Navigation & Identification) systems to include inertial navigation, GPS/SatNav, Alternative Positioning, Navigation & Timing (PNT) and other related avionics subsystems.
• Knowledge of advanced navigation technologies, navigation sensors, filters and platform integration.
• Experience with navigation and/or guidance navigation & control software algorithms and the tools used to complete them.
Desired Skills
• Experience with design, development, and integration of advanced navigations systems
• Experience developing airborne navigation software using Matlab, Python, C/C++. Airworthy flight code development experience is desired.
• Experience using digital engineering workflows, tools and methods for system & software deployment
• Experience presenting to senior leaders, program management, and external customers
• Experience with Military and/or Government programs
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
