You will be the Systems Engineer Project Lead Sr Stf for the Simulation & System Labs (SSL) organization which is responsible for delivering high fidelity simulation and HITL test products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Project Lead Sr Stf you will be responsible for leading the development of system integration laboratory products within a program portfolio, driving technical solutions in a fast‑paced environment. You will partner with program management, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliveries.
- Lead and manage focus teams on the design, development, and delivery of high‑fidelity simulation/HITL test products.
- Coordinate and status team tasking.
- Identify and report technical issues.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cost targets to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position in practice.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM discipline
• Experience Defining and Using Metrics to Drive Performance
• Experience leading proposals and/or developing basis of estimates (BOEs)
• Project Management experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, Project, Visio, JIRA and/or Tableau
Desired Skills
• Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering
• Direct experience with lab build up, maintenance, update and operations for advanced fighter aircraft
• Strong analytical and business acumen; skilled at interpreting technical data and creating actionable plans
• Government Customer Presentation and Relationship Experience
• Experience driving Performance with Cross-Functional Teams
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Experience with government contract execution, technical reporting

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
