The Work:

In this important role you will:

• Review customer requirements to fully understand the operational scope of the requirement, deliver valuable feedback to the customer, and provide guidance during the product development to ensure operational needs are met.

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures in order to prepare and assess system readiness both in-plant as well as in the field at customer sites.

• Develop and document system architectures and interfaces based on stakeholder requirements and system specifications

• Assist in creating plans for system verification to ensure designs meet operational needs

• Test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, providing test data for analysis, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered.

• Participate actively in an agile development environment

Basic Qualifications

• Current/Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility

• Experience in Systems Engineering life cycle process

• Proven ability to develop solutions to complex technical problems

• Experience with testing and problem solving for integrated systems 

Desired Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Experience with software testing and use of test automation tools (i.e. Eggplant, TWIN)

• Experience in creating use cases and test scenarios

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
