You will be the Integration, Test, and Evaluation Engineer for our team, responsible for leading the integration, testing, and evaluation of complex systems. Our team is responsible for ensuring that integrated hardware meets physical, functional, and performance objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Integration, Test, and Evaluation Engineer, you will be responsible for generating test procedures and plans, preparing test readiness review packages, integrating a development effort, and executing qualification testing. You will also write qualification test reports and support subcomponent and subassembly integration, as well as the build of subassembly hardware and test equipment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in hardware lab testing
• Minimum of 5+ years work experience in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing
• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification
• Active Secret DoD Clearance required to start (US Citizenship required)
Desired Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Systems Engineering V
• Experience with sensor payloads
• Experience defining Test Approaches and Test Equipment requirements
• Experience with all aspects of Environmental Qualification Testing
• Design a system verification process that is performed to well-constructed I&T Plans
• Familiarity with defining security plans
• Demonstrated knowledge of subsystem HW/SW capabilities
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency
• Deliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details
• Verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately
• Generate concise but thorough test reports purpose-built for use in V&V events
• Experience in qualification testing per MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD environments
• Experience in with HWIL testing
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
