Standard Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration and Test Engineer (IC2) to join the Ground Production Operations team supporting the LRHW program. In this role, you will help ensure the daily continuity of production activities through hands-on integration support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Demand Management, MRP, and Procurement teams to ensure production has the materials, information, and system readiness required to meet schedule commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily production floor needs by identifying and resolving issues.
  • Partner with Demand Management, MRP, and Procurement to ensure material availability and readiness for build operations.
  • Monitor production workflow and proactively address technical blockers that could impact schedule.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve non-conformances, technical discrepancies, or integration concerns.
  • Support configuration management, hardware tracking, and production documentation accuracy.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities for production-impacting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and program-specific requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with system integration or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving production environment.
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting production or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems, demand planning tools, or supply chain workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues using structured problem-solving approaches.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
