You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products. |
Basic Qualifications
| • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T) • Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles • Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation • Interim Secret Clearance required to start |
Desired Skills
| • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in I&T, with a focus on environmental testing and Design DVT • Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160 • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accurate and reliable test results • Experience with design assurance reviews as it relates to verification methods and planning • Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews |
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
