Basic Qualifications

Formal technical‑training background in manufacturing disciplines (e.g., J‑STD‑001 soldering, harness/cable assembly, powered industrial trucks, lifts, etc.), with demonstrated experience certifying personnel at the entry‑to‑intermediate skill levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Willingness and ability to travel to meet training delivery requirements.
- Flexibility to work alternative shifts when needed.
Desired Skills
- Proven project‑management and organizational abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial‑skill domains and hands‑on experience.
- Familiarity with OSHA and ESH regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience designing performance‑based curricula.
- Hands‑on experience with learning management systems.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
