THE WORK
As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in support of our product line. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing top-level and subassembly testing activities.
• Conducting tester certification and calibration.
• Troubleshooting test failures for production and field return assets.
• Performing acceptance testing in accordance with documented procedures.
• Populating test logs and data sheets.
• Compiling As-Built Lists (ABL).
• Generating Quality Notifications for hardware deficiencies
• Documenting issues with Special Test Equipment (STE).

Basic Qualifications
- Familiarity with testing LRUs/SRUs using various equipment such as environmental chambers, testers, vibe equipment, etc.
- Be experienced with evaluation/troubleshooting test failures using diagnostic methods and tools
- Adherence to quality procedures within the Product Test organization
- Obtain a secret clearance
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
Desired Skills
• Knowledge of digital/RF circuitry
• Knowledge of circuitry equipment: Oscilloscope, digital multimeter, high frequency measurements, testing, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, perform root cause analysis down to component level
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
