This role supports a senior contract or business integration analyst, responsible for internal and external EVM reporting to various stakeholders. Expectations include the ability to perform against a tight monthly business rhythm, strong data analysis ability in order to identify trends, issues, and outliers, as well as an aptitude for monthly presentations to executive management - being able to inform with the so what behind the numbers. Key deliverables include multiple financial presentations, and contractually required CDRLs to our customer. The role also performs administrative functions for our EVM tool - Cobra, assisting CAMs and finance analysts with the tool.
Standard Job Description:
Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s or Master's degree or in lieu of
degree relevant experience will also be
considered.
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills
-Effective analytical skills
-Ability to balance competing priorities in a high
pressure environment
-Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Desired Skills
-Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
-Significant excel experience
-Experience working in a team environment
-Experience with LM Space software (Cobra, SAP)
-Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
-Previous experience with detailed analysis of data
- Secret clearance
-2+ years of relevant experience with a degree
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
