Standard Job Description
As the Manufacturing Support Team Member Stf, you will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing/productions aspects of all AGM-158 flight test, warranty, and development misslies.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to ensure parts, engineering, and quality support schedule
- Lead daily briefing and status with reviews with program and leadership
- Develop risk assesments and mitigation plans to ensure production is on track
Basic Qualifications
- Completed bachelors degree or equivilant work experience
- Must have ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Prior experience in production/manufacturing environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in leading and working effectively with manufacturing teams in the planning and execution of identified solutions to technical problems
Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience with missile systems and sub-systems
- Working knowledge of Apriso/S4/MBOMs
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
