What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for applying quality principles throughout the product lifecycle, from design through manufacturing.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, and designs.
- Participate in failure investigations and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, conduct statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with both internal and external customers to ensure we meet contractual requirements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality Engineering or relative STEM field or equivelant combined education/experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications; familiarity with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and GD&T
- Experience creating or maintaining work instructions, SOPs, or quality documentation
Desired Skills
- STEM degree at bachelors' level or higher preferred
- Lean / Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)
- ASQ Certification: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA).
- Experience with performing First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements.
- Strong understanding of AS9100 and ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience working with Government customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
