Work schedule: 10 hour days on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (subject to business needs)
Work hours: 7:00PM-5:00AM (subject to business needs)
Manages more than one functional area in Security, such as facilities/plant protection, industrial security, investigations, governmental/program classified security, security engineering. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Infrastructure Protection Security Supervisor / Crisis Manager for a position in Troy, AL.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual 5205.07, ICD 705, Underwriter Laboratories (UL), Department of Homeland Security Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (BATFE) requirements, and Arms, Ammunition & Explosive (AA&E).
- Interpreting and implementing governmental policies and procedures associated with said agencies.
- Representing site security manager during respective shift.
- Interfacing with site senior leadership.
- Providing security support for SAP related activities after hours to include, but not limited to, personnel and physical security.
- Functioning as Emergency/Crisis Management coordinator.
- Responsible for quality assurance of contractor training and coordinating crisis management response activities, training, and exercises.
- Oversee / manage on-site Law Enforcement and contract guard force.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications
Must hold an active Secret security clearance and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Military, Law Enforcement or Industrial Security experience.
Must hold or be able to obtain a Alabama State Pistol Permit
Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, call-outs, and overtime, and to work different shifts, as shift assignments are not guaranteed and are based on the needs of the business.
**Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment
Desired Skills
Prior emergency response, crisis management, Industrial Security experience.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
Experience and knowledge of the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and LM policies and procedures.
Experience and knowledge of the National Incident Management Systems (NIMS).
Experience with administering and managing Automated Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems, CCTV and Central Monitoring Station operations. Knowledge of Underwriters Lab 2050, NISP, and AA&E.
Be highly organized and have advanced oral/written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in developing and presenting training materials to staff and others.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
