What You’ll Own
- Design, Execute & Manage Test Scripts – Craft end‑to‑end test cases that validate 1LMX Production Operations solutions.
- Scrum‑Team Partner – Review, refine, and prioritize test scenarios alongside the Scrum team; become the go‑to expert for all Prod Ops testing questions.
- Tool Mastery – Load, manage, and run test cases in our test‑execution platform with precision.
- Defect Champion – Work hand‑in‑hand with testers and developers to pinpoint, log, and drive defects to closure.
- Progress Proxy – Track, report, and communicate test‑status against schedule milestones—keep the team on target!
- Customer Advocate – Be the voice of the end‑user throughout product rollout, ensuring every release delivers real value.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of production operations-relevant SAP and MES solutions supporting the capabilities within the Prod Ops portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including Business, IT, and external partners
- Proven change management and leadership capabilities, with experience driving initiatives across organizational boundaries and leading virtual, cross-functional teams
- Strong project management, prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, high energy, and strong work ethic
- Ability to travel a minimum of 20% to support 1LMX development, testing, and go-live activities
Desired Skills
- Experience with Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other large-scale ERP implementations
- Experience with Production Operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and aerospace business processes
- Experience leading enterprise business transformations or modernization efforts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including product management, release planning, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery
- Experience with requirements management, functional specification development, solution design, and testing
- Experience leading organizational change associated with large-scale technology transformations
- Experience developing and managing resource plans, schedules, and program-level risks
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $106600.00 - $198000.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $95900.00 - $178100.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $85300.00 - $158300.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $76700.00 - $142500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
