The 1LMX Finance Applications Team is hiring an ERP Business Analyst, Staff with a strong Oracle EPM background to support the overhaul of our business application systems. This role is placed within the IT Organization, to provide dedicated IT support in relation to ongoing Oracle EPM Production environments & operations, along with ongoing development, testing, & deployment of additional capabilities.
This position is specifically to support the Contract Status Reporting (CSR) module of Oracle EPM, based on the EPBCS module.

Further Information About This Opportunity
This is a fully remote position, but will require travel when key workshops are planned (e.g., development, testing, deployment, or ongoing Hypercare/production maintenance).
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on best practice approaches within the system to deliver against a Functional need, in partnership with respective IT Product Owner (IT PO) & IT Solution Architect
- Collaborate with Functional Leads on Functional Specification (FS) writing & completion
- Centrally own & support the module/application across configuration, technical specifications, + code & unit testing, in partnership with respective IT Product Owner (IT PO) & IT Software Architect
- Write & modify groovy scripts, business rules, calculation scripts, & forms
- Partner with the Security & Application Management Lead to ensure users are provided proper levels of access
- Collaborate with Functional Leads on testing results for defect identification, triage, & resolution
- Execute all Mock & Production Cutover related tasks tracked in the Oracle EPM Cutover Plan, for technical tasks
- Review upcoming Oracle patches/release notes to prepare regression test in DEV/TEST to mitigate PROD impact
- Support ongoing Production environments (Operations & Maintenance) on a daily basis across break-fix & enhancements
- Monitor recurring interface & batch job runs to ensure timeliness & accuracy of data processing, in partnership with respective IT Product Owner (IT PO) & IT Software Architect
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with software development methodologies (such as agile or waterfall)
- Experience with functional & process requirements as translated to technical solutions
- Significant software technical development & configurations experience in Oracle EPM, specifically within Contract Status Reporting (CSR), based on the EPBCS module.
- Experience with maintaining development, test, & production environments within Oracle EPM
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- US Citizenship is required due to system access
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with software technical development & configurations experience in Oracle EPM, specifically within EPBCS [Long Range Planning (LRP), Short Term Cash Forecast (STCF), Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP), Indirect Budgets (IB)], FCC (Financial Close & Consolidations), & TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Services)
- Experience with Groovy scripting, business rules, calculation scripts, & forms across development (build), implementation, & upkeep/maintenance
- Familiarity with Narrative Reporting & Smart View reports across development (build), implementation, & upkeep/maintenance
- Familiarity with upcoming release activities as part of a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Production environment sustainment processes
- Familiarity with Focused Build, Service Central, & Jira
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $118000.00 - $219100.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $104900.00 - $194700.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $94400.00 - $175200.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
