<b>Who You Are</b>
Global Supply Chain, Project Management & Planning Operations Representative, Senior Staff
<b>What You Will Be Doing</b>
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with internal and external stakeholders. As the Export Operations Lead for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, you will be responsible for providing daily operational Lead support across multiple US and International sites, guiding high‑impact processes that ensure compliant and efficient goods movement across the globe.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage US Export Operations workflows across a team of talented Export professionals.
- Facilitate and guide related systems integration efforts, command media (process governance) alignments.
- Conduct internal process audits, perform effective root cause corrective actions (RCCA), and facilitate or lead process optimizations.
- Assess, analyze, interpret, and mitigate export-related process gaps that mayimpede future shipment activity.
- Mentor and coach team members, facilitating knowledge transfer, team training, and staff development.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration and foster strong working partnerships with IT Systems Integration, Items Analysts, Procurement, International Trade Compliance, Freight Provider Management, Freight Forwarders, Dangerous Goods, 3PL Warehouses, Site Leads, and Program Management teams.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- US exports, exports licensing processes, and trade compliance expertise
- Project management experience (PM)
- Familiarity with defense Global Supply Chain (GSC) tools and processes
- Continuous Improvement (CI) and / or Operational Excellence (OpEx) acumen
- Familiarity with exports compliance self-audit tehniques and best practices
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated presentation/influencer skillset to include written/verbal communications; functional spokesperson
- Ability to self-initiate on emerging challenges, develop durable resolutions to promote regulatory compliance and efficient processes
- Leverage creative problem solving, industry benchmark knowledge and best practices
- Internal review/audit of US Export processes and shipment documentation, command media & governance alignment
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML toolsets to optimize and automate operations
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification (or equivalent training)
- Understanding of OpEx concepts & tools to lead problem solving
- Collaboration & active listening skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
