Lockheed Martin Space seeks a full-time, Data Analyst Staff – Level 4 to maintain existing user interfaces and produce new metric visualizations that drive business decisions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will combine AI Assistant outputs with strong coding abilities to support the maintenance and create of data visualizations.

In this role you will:

• Develop and maintain ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, MS PowerApps, R-Shiny, etc).
• Design graphical user interface (GUI) to meet the specific needs of customers for standard automated reports (e.g., REACT, MUI, HTML, JAVA)
• Leverages AI assistants for code generation within IDE environments
• Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation, and builds field usage dictionaries for use by customers and peer developers

This is a full-time telework role.

Responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to develop immersive stories that answer business questions. Using proven and sound statistical methods, the analyst draws insights from data, and translates those insights into action that drive business results. Data Analysts are extremely resourceful and able to find novel new data sources to enrich their analysis. They apply mathematical and statistical methods to business and risk management problems.Mine, process, and summarize data; Manage the quality assurance of data scraping, query databases for stakeholder requests, and triage data issues for timely resolutions; Analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and prepare insights in narrative or visual forms, including dashboards; Set up and maintain data processes and new analytics capabilities; Produce and track key performance indicators; Ability to formulate functional and technical requirements from business problems; Program management of key tasks and resources to achieve cost and schedule.

Short Description

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Strong data visualization skills leveraging REACT, MUI, ECharts, Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL or APIs for data extraction and manipulation
• Demonstrated use of data analysis tools such as Alteryx or Python (pandas, NumPy)
• Due to program requirements, United States citizenship is required

Desired Skills

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence assistants in writing REACT code for rapid ideation of the End User Interface portals
• Experience with both Deterministic and Stochastic analysis techniques
• Experience producing multifaceted analysis of planning and execution data from integrated master schedules and SAP / ERP data
• Cost Account Management experience and understanding of finance reporting
