This position will manage the section of the Program Protection & Integration team responsible for data protection, all contract actions, budget, training development & implementation, policy/procedure development & maintenance. The manager will work closely with all functional organizations as well as program personnel and the customer.

Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of projects within area of Program Protection. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates data protection program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving problems.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Expereince leading multi-functional teams to meet common goals and objectives
  • Experience providing executive level briefings and meeting demanding schedules in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience ensuring alignment across multiple organizations, personnel, customers, leadership etc. 
  • Experience integrating across multiple functional areas and identifying impacts
  • You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
