As a member of our team, the successful candidate will:

• Participate in a structured cooperative educational/work program between the company and a college/university student enrolled in an accredited degree program directly related to skills required by the company
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to create Engineering documents to be included in TDP’s (Technical Data Packages)
• Create change summaries for engineering changes
• Perform maximum cable length analysis to ensure cable length restrictions are met
• Conduct meeting minutes for design reviews
• Execute Agile methodologies by supporting sprint/release planning in Jira
• Automate and improve metric creation and support project burndown
• Gain understanding of configuration/change management principles and their application in the product development life cycle.

Basic Qualifications

• Current student in an engineering field, preferably Electrical/Computer Science
• Working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Suite including Word, Excel (VBA) , PowerPoint, Access, Visio
• Aptitude for working well in teams
• Ability to work independently
• Available for four months, starting January 2027
• Eligible for North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) clearances in a timely manner.

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge of Tableau, Jira, Windchill or AutoCAD
• Active security clearance
• Results-Oriented Self-Starter Attitude.
