Standard Job Description
Plans utilization of office space with requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities and funds. Plans, coordinates, and allocates office space for all locations. Develops and recommends long-range plans to meet future office space needs. Formulates, recommends, and ensures compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office space and furnishings. May provide liaison with owners of rented office space in matters relating to planning and execution of alterations/leasehold improvements, occupancy, and adherence to lease allowance and terms.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience using AutoCAD and / or Revit
- Adept in the latest space management tools and
technologies - Previous experience in space planning or occupancy
planning
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Interior
Design, Architectural Interiors or similar degree - Proficient in Tririga or similar Space Management Tools
- A high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
