Standard Job Description
Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative assistant experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite - Outlook (specifically Outlook calendar management), Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Experience managing e-mails, calendars, and schedules for a leader.
- Experience planning travel and preparing expense reports.

- 5 years’ experience as an executive level administrative assistant.
- Viewed as a subject matter expert among administrative employees.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

- Experience arranging international/domestic travel and submitting expense reports in Concur travel and expense management system.

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of audiences.

- Capable of managing projects from conception to completion.
- Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $60300.00 - $112100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
